Hi, I’m Ash, the baker behind Mochi Munch. My love affair with mochi doughnuts began on a trip to Japan, where I discovered these unique treats that were unlike anything I’d ever tasted. The texture, the flavours, the little moment of happiness in every bite. I knew I had to bring that back home. carefully recipe-testing to recreate the addictive texture while adding my own unique twists on flavours. I love experimenting with new combinations, whilst keeping the classic favourites available, a weekly rotating flavour keeps every drop exciting!
